The website and consultation service are intended for adults. You agree to provide accurate contact and booking information, use the website lawfully, and avoid submitting unlawful, abusive, or unnecessarily sensitive material.
Bookings, fees, and cancellations
Availability, price, payment timing, cancellation terms, and any refund entitlement will be shown in the booking confirmation or separately agreed before a paid session. A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, wellbeing, and for seeking qualified clinical or emergency support when appropriate. No particular personal, professional, or health outcome is promised.
